Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or an equivalent in education and experience.
Must have experience in a consulting role.
5-8 years in-depth, hands-on knowledge and execution of foundational data architectures such as data warehouses, data modeling, data mining, and ETL.
Proficient knowledge in modern data architecture that supports advanced analytics including Snowflake, Azure, etc.
Self-motivated who can drive new data solutions and patterns in anticipation of client goals and objectives with little or no supervision.
Participate in customer pre and post sales calls.
Proven ability to influence and empower individuals and teams.
Sophisticated oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to our clients.
Experience working in an Agile, Scrum, and Lean and environments.
Define software engineering standards, patterns, and practices to deliver solutions with high quality and velocity. Broad knowledge of current engineering practices and technologies, and cloud services.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
