Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role you will be responsible for sales growth, account management and building new client relationships.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Sell technology consulting services to new and existing customers.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored staffing and consulting solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in business development or sales with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience selling services is required.
  • Must currently reside in Southern California.
  • Ability to commute to our Huntington Beach, CA office.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
