Responsibilities and Duties
In this role you will be responsible for sales growth, account management and building new client relationships.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Sell technology consulting services to new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and present tailored staffing and consulting solutions.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in business development or sales with 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience selling services is required.
- Must currently reside in Southern California.
- Ability to commute to our Huntington Beach, CA office.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
