InfoMagnus delivered customized GitHub Copilot adoption programs for a legal document management platform, an insurance technology provider, a global food distribution company, and a gaming and entertainment company — combining champion training, webinars, and gamified learning to drive lasting adoption.
June was a busy month for GitHub Copilot adoption at InfoMagnus, with increased urgency to help companies leverage funding before the fiscal year closed. Two engagements — a legal document management platform and an insurance technology provider — were ECIF-funded. The document management platform sought education to expand Copilot usage, while the insurance technology provider needed a formal training program and a Champions network to drive adoption.
A global food distribution company and a gaming and entertainment company focused on utilizing Microsoft credits. The food distribution company aimed to define measurement indicators to track Copilot’s impact, while the gaming company pursued an "Adoption at Scale" program to educate teams, increase awareness, and ensure long-term success. InfoMagnus provided tailored support to help each company maximize Copilot’s value.
InfoMagnus created customized Copilot adoption programs for each company, aligning with their unique goals and challenges. Through strategic planning, measurable milestones and tailored training sessions were defined. For all four companies, InfoMagnus trained Champions, hosted targeted webinars, and designed interactive hackathons with gamified learning to deepen Copilot knowledge.
The food distribution company’s program focused on measuring Copilot success, leveraging GitHub’s API for tracking, and building an adoption framework. The gaming and entertainment company received webinars across U.S. and APAC time zones, along with Champion training to expand Copilot’s impact beyond events. Each engagement ensured long-term success by embedding structured learning, measurement, and community-driven adoption strategies.
