A global online travel platform embarked on an ambitious internal initiative to convert Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to GitHub Actions but needed help with the setup and acceleration of the conversion process.

With a lack of familiarity around GitHub Actions and the process to transition from Jenkins, it was imperative to find a solution that could not only convert pipelines efficiently, but also educate teams on using the new system effectively and with best practices. To meet the challenge, InfoMagnus developed automated tooling to assist in pipeline conversion, allowing teams to automate much of the pipeline work.
